Shipping policy

At LuxLash Supplies we are committed to supporting your business with a easy and seamless shipping process . LuxLash Supplies excllusively uses Australia Post to deliver all products .

Shipment of orders 

Orders will be processed and shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays each week . Excluding Victoria public holidays . Cut of time for all orders will by 5PM (AEST) the day before designated shipping days . Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next relevant designated shipping day . Processed and shipping days may vary . Shipping cost will be calculated and paid for at the time order is placed .

Please note: The estimated shipping times are provided as a guide, and while we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee delivery within these exact time frames. 

All orders that fall below the free shipping threshold will incur shipping charges based on the total weight of the order. The full shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once your state abd address have been entered.

  Standard: 3-6 business days 

Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Parcels

LuxLash Supplies will endevour to ensure your order arrives promptly to your location however once the order has been packed and lodge with the shipping carrier LuxLash Supplies is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels. LuxLash Supplies strongly suggest contacting Australia Post at your earliest convienence to rectify . 

Please note currently LuxLash Supplies do not offer a “pickup” option for all or any products.
